This headset is a major disappointment!  It's ill-fitting and everyone I talk to on my cell phone says that it sounds like I'm in a tunnel.  The amount of time it takes to get it into place around my ear when I have to answer the phone is embarrassing and noisy for the caller.  After you get the headset attached to yourself, any sudden move will cause it to fall off.  It's made me curse more than I care to admit.

What I really like is the Plantronics MX100 headset, but they don't make it for the kind of phone I have.  :(  If you're looking for a good wired headset, that's the one to get.
